Dear Clients and Friends of the Firm,

We are writing to share some exciting news!

Beginning November 12, 2020, Dilendorf Khurdayan PLLC will be Khurdayan PLLC (KSTechLaw). We are adopting this new name following the departure of our long-time colleague Max Dilendorf, who has started a separate practice.

Along with the change of name, we will be updating our website, email addresses and logo. Our new name, logo and website reflect our growth over the last 3 years in the blockchain and emerging tech space. We are proud to highlight the services and expertise that make this firm distinctive by refreshing our brand. Our commitment to our clients and strategic partners remains the firm’s highest priority.

Our new website mirrors our emphasis on innovation and digitization. It reflects our years of experience, firm culture, and commitment to serve innovators and visionaries embracing new technologies.

We are also delighted to announce the addition of an of-counsel attorney, Hugo Sandstrom. Hugo has deep experience in the technology space, working with fintech startups and a VC firm, where he advised companies to efficiently navigate the regulatory environment and identify business development opportunities. The addition of Hugo Sandstrom expands the firm’s practice areas and allows us to serve a broader range of clients.

Thank you for your support. We look forward to continuing our relationship with you under the new firm name.
