We review and negotiate financing documents and coordinate the closing of financing transactions during each round of financing.
Depending on the stage and the amount of financing – due diligence, valuation, negotiation and document provisions become more extensive. For example, Series A scaling-up financing, as opposed to start-up seed financing, typically involves larger investments, ownership and governance changes, along with more extensive due diligence and documentation. Yet, every financing transaction should be properly documented, whether the investments come from friends and family or experienced investors and funds.
